Replica of a Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa

  • built in Holland in the 80s/90s by Paul Schouwenburg and coachworker Alwin Hietbrink.
  • based on a frame bought in Italy in 1981, stamped with chassis #0720TR.[1]
  • engine from a 250 GT Tour de France s/n 1401GT.[2][3]
  • 1996 build complete
  • 2001 put up for auction at Gstaad, but the owner of another 0720TR (the "original") protested and Schouwenburgs was withdrawn.[4]
  • 2009 repainted from green metallic to white, license plate "27760 M2".[5]
  • Has been raced frequently.[6]
  • as of May 12, 2018, this vehicle is listed in a dutch registry as a replica/"recreation",[7] and in dutch ownership licensed "AR-07-54",[8] strangely enough, first registered June 30, 1958. Dutch registration Aug 30, 2010.[9]
