Sheephill is a townland in the civil parish of Castleknock, in the ancient barony of Castleknock. It is located close to the residential area of Blanchardstown. The townland is bordered to the south by the townland of Abbotstown, to the east by the M50 motorway, to the north by the Rosemount industrial estate and to the west by the National Aquatic Centre. The townland contains the National Sports Campus. It is also the site of Abbotstown House, which, despite the name, is not actually located in Abbotstown proper.
