A major Shiva temple, now in ruins and a historic site in remote Khammampally (Khammampalle, Khammampalli) village, Telangana. The temple is on the western banks of river Manair (Maneru, Maner), a tributary of river Godavari. The temple is about 10 miles (16 kilometers) south of the historic group of temples at Manthani and to the west of Thadicharla in Telangana (not to be confused with the location with the same name in Andhra Pradesh and about 350 kilometers away).
