Nederlands: Geheel vrijstaande en door een tuin met hekwerk omgeven voormalige DIRECTEURSWONING die in 1907-1908 door de Rijense architect Piet Aarts in opdracht van de zich op het ernaastgelegen terrein bevindende N.V. Nederlandsche Stoomlederfabriek aan de oostelijke kant van de Stationsstraat in vormen van de Cottage-stijl gebouwd werd.
