English: Route 551 and 593. Limited services around North West Surrey. Extremely complicated, with route 551 running two separate routes in completely different places. After Bus Review service was slightly less complicated (see below).

Before Bus Review:

• Route 551 Mon-Fri: Addlestone, Chertsey, Thorpe Park theme park, Penton Park, Staines. Return journey extended from Chertsey to St Peter's Hospital, Ottershaw, and did not serve Addlestone.
• Route 551 Wed only: Ottershaw, Coombelands, Row Town, New Haw, Parkside, Brooklands Tesco/M&S.
• Route 593 Mon/Fri: Ottershaw, St Peter's Hospital, Lyne, St Peter's Hosptial, Chertsey, Addlestone, New Haw, Brooklands Tesco/M&S (am journey) or Woking (pm journey).
• Route 593 Tue-Fri: Ottershaw, St Peter's Hospital, Lyne, St Peter's Hospital or Addlestone, Chertsey, Thorpe Park theme park, Penton Park, Staines. Some journeys served Lyne and St Peter's Hospital before Ottershaw.

After Bus Review:

• Route 593 inbound: Ottershaw, St Peter's Hospital, Lyne, Chertsey, Penton Park, Staines.
• Route 593 outbound: Staines, Penton Park, Chertsey, Lyne, St Peter's Hospital, Ottershaw. Extends to: On Mondays; Six Crossroads Roundabout, Woking, Woking Morrison's. On Tuesdays and Thursdays; Six Crossroads Roundabout, Woodham, New Haw, Parkside, Brooklands Tesco/M&S. On Wednesdays and Fridays; Addlestone, Coombelands, Row Town, New Haw, Parkside, Brooklands Tesco/M&S.
• Route 593 return: There are then return journeys from Woking or Brooklands Tesco/M&S back along the outbound route as far as Chertsey.

As part of Phase 1 of Surrey County Council's Bus Review, the whole service was restructured. Route 551 was withdrawn. Route 593 was revised to offer a return journey to Staines from Ottershaw. The return journey then extends past Ottershaw (varying for different days as described above), to Woking or Brooklands Tesco/M&S. The bus then returns from Woking or Brookwood Tesco/M&S to Ottershaw, and if requested as far as Chertsey. The revised service provides a once a day shoppers' link between New Haw, Parkside and Brooklands Tesco/M&S, partly replacing the regular service on route 472 which was withdrawn as part of the Bus Review. The changes came into effect on 28 August 2010, therefore route 551's last day was 27 August 2010.
