Afrikaans: Die Swartberge-natuurreservaat strek 220 km van wes na oos en bewaar die Swartberge, die waterskeiding tussen die Klein-Karoo en Koup, Wes-Kaap. Die reservaat het verskillende onderafdelings en kan met verskillende toegangsroetes bereik word, waaronder die Seweweekspoort, Swartbergpas en Meiringspoort.

English: The Swartberg Nature Reserve conserves the Swartberg which forms the boundary between the Little and Great Karoo, (mostly) Western Cape, South Africa. From west to east, a distance of some 220 km (136 miles), it is divided into the Klein Swartberg Nature Reserve (east of Grootrivier / Buffelspoort), Towerkop Nature Reserve (both west of Gamka River, the latter accessed from the R323 / Seweweekspoort), Gamkaskloof (Die Hel) Nature Reserve (accessed via the R328 / Swartberg Pass), the Groot Swartberg Nature Reserve (traversed by the R328 pass), and the Swartberg East Nature Reserve (the section east of N12 / Meiringspoort, partially in Eastern Cape).
