English: The Series of the monastery of Las Descalzas Reales, in Madrid, (Spain), woven in Brussel at 1628, is the editio princeps of the twenty tapestries depicting the Triumph of the Eucharist, based on Rubens's designs. After the Madrid’s tapestries several other series were woven. The pictures of this gallery are all related to tapestries in Madrid, except the Triumph of the Faith and the Sacrifice of the Old Covenant, reproducing tapestries placed in the Church of San Millan de la Cogolla, to Oncala (a small town of Castile), part of a latter series
