English: The Carrington Centre is a commercial centre in Eccleston, Lancashire that houses shops, a small supermarket, Eccleston Library and Eccleston Post Office, as well as commercial and light industrial business units.

Accessed from the west via New Mill Street off the B5250 road (The Green) that's the main road through the village, the west end houses the shops and post office, a well as the library (accessed via the north side). The commercial and industrial units make up the rest of the complex, extending to the east.

A former textile mill, it was built some time in the early 20th century as the second of the town's two mills, hence becoming known as 'New Mill'. It continued as a mill into the 1980s, before being redeveloped for retail and business use. The name Carrington is from the company that originally built the mill, and which eventually became part of the Viyella Group in 1970.

In March 2012, plans were approved to demolish the centre and replace it with new shops, offices and a supermarket, as well as 40 houses built on the fields to the east of the site.
