The Thomas brothers (Ted, Glenn and William (Bill) ) were Twentieth-Century restaurateurs in Allentown, Pennsylvania. They operated a series of diners in the city between 1938 and 1987. The family opened the "West End Diner" at 18th and Tilghman Streets in 1937, which would be the mainstay of their businesses. In May 1948, the "Town Diner" at 37 North Seventh Street was opened, and in May 1952, the "North End Diner" at 738 Tilghman Street, near North Eighth Street became the third Diner owned by the family.

In late 1956, the Town Diner was sold and the West End Diner, at 18th Street, was replaced by a new per-manufactueed Silk-City Diner building. In 1962, the North End Diner also was sold, and the West End Diner became simply "Thomas Diner". The diner itself was sold in 1987, and has gone though several names since. Today it is known as "Nick's Diner".
