The 19-story Verizon building at 206 West 18th Street and 215 West 17th Street between Seventh and Eighth Avenues in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City was built in the early 1930s. As of 2012, the building is being cinverted into condominium apartments under the name "Walker Tower", after the building's architect, Ralph Walker. [1]
