English: The WSB ABe 4/8 class was created from units of WSB class Be 4/8 and BDWM class Be 4/8. Units 33 and 34 are former WSB cars refurbished and with the addition of first class. Units 28 to 32 and 35 to 39 are formed by mating one half of a WSB car with half of a BDWM car, refurbishing and adding first class. As the BDWM cars were shorter than their WSB equivalents, this means that 28 to 32 and 35 to 39 are asymmetric, and shorter than 33 and 34.
