[edit]- 1952 built at Fr. Lürssen Werft Bremen, named USN 54 (USN54) for the Weser River Patrol
- 1956 transferred to Federal German Navy, renamed H 16 (H16)
- 1959 renamed KW 16 (W16)
- 1963 decommissioned and laid up
- 1965 lent to Bundesgrenzschutz (See), renamed BG 2 (BG2)
- 1969 returned to the Navy
- 1970 recommissioned as KW 16 (Y830)
- 1994 decommissioned and laid up
- 1996 transferred to Kazahhstan, renamed Almaty
- present status unknown
