Sac kavurma or Çoban kavurma, veal or lamb dish, with very little vegetables, like green peppers, made traditionally on a steel cooking instrument, like a saj/sac (EN/TR) or plancha (ES). Also can be made on more common metal cookware. "Çoban" means shepherd in Turkish.
