Map-Route of the Entire Balagtas Station:

1) Start of the section is at Ugong Creek-Ugong Bridge which connects and separates Barangay Tuktukan, Guiguinto to Barangay Burol Primero, Balagtas, Bulacan.

2) Next are the depot and viaducts passing the landmark of Kagawad Zosimo de Lara, Jr. Compound 4,400 sq.m. residential property of Engr. Benj. V. F. formerly cultivated by deceased Zozimo de Lara, in front of St. Francis and Paquita Subdivision towards -

3) Balagtas-Pandi Provincial Road - beside NFA and the Old Balagtas Station is nearby preserved beside the NEW 3 storey massive Balagtas Railway Station; this is beside P. Castro Street as it passes 15 lots of Milaflor Subdivision and front of the Subdivisions San Isidro Chapel;

4) Next is the P. Atienza St. of Barangay Longos towards Sitio Karuyan, Longos-Santa Cruz Subdivision, Burol Primero Road alongside NIA Irrigation; the Balagtas station and elevated viaducts passes beside the landmark 2.5 hectare Riceland of James Chongbian cultivated by Gabriel and now Merlinda Doctora and in front that is adjacent the station and elevated railway is the 5,500 sq.m. property of Engr. Benj. V. F. formerly cultivated by Celestino and Pedro Dimapiles both deceased, where the canalita passes with plainview of the elevated viaducts;

5) The terminus of Balagtas Station if at the foot of Longos-San Juan Temporary Bridge built by Sumitomo to overpass the creeks and Balagtas River;

6) Launching gantry : The Entire Barangay San Juan section of Balagtas Station starts at the foot of the said temporary bridge passes along the big Maria Magdalena Subdivision at Barangay San Juan, Balagtas circa Roads 3 to 6. 7) The Terminus of San Juan section interconnects with the San Juan, Balagtas-Taal, Bocaue section, at NIA Road accessed from MacArthur Highway at Balagtas Cockpit TODA;

8) It is most worthy to note that as per videos and news, the Balagtas Station section with all its elevated structures from Ugong Creek, Burol 1 to San Juan, Balagtas - is 93% finished while all the other Stations from Malanday to San Fernando, Pampanga are just starting or only 60% finished; my hats off to Sumitomo Constructions and Build Build Build Dutertenomics, sincerely FBenjr123 (talk) 05:01, 12 January 2022 (UTC).[reply]
