Today I had to revert all the changes made by User:Mallorquín without any consensus. Not a word in any talk page and he moved Category:Eivissa (ciutat) to Category:Ibiza (city) adducing the names of the categories had to be en english, but he wrote the name of the city ... in spanish! You can see more unilateral changes made by this user in Category talk:Eivissa#Non consensus name change. In case the names of categories should be compulsory in english (I believe there is no consensus), I would proppose move this catgeory to Category:Eivissa (city).
