Reocategorize files

I purpose to categorize here and in all of its subs only maps that depict themes related to just a single country i.e

• 
  Boundaries defined, single country
• 
  Boundaries defined, multiple countries
• 
  Boundaries defined,(the subject is illustrated all along the picture), the area depicted is at all part of a single country.

The ones that depict a broader theme(landform, lithology, tectonics etc), interesting more than a country, should instead be categorized directely by the tipe of landform/region (i.e. in the metacategory "Maps of geographical features"), or, when not possible directely by continent.
