Correct way to enter pictures?

Do pictures need to be categorized as Category:Images from Wiki Loves Heritage Belgium in 2021? There has been a recent influx of those and I've only ever added Template:Wiki Loves Heritage Belgium in 2021 type-region and Template:Wiki Loves Heritage Belgium in 2021 to my entries; wondering what is/are the correct way(s) to participate. --Trougnouf (talk) 13:50, 17 October 2021 (UTC)

Thank you Geertivp :) I see that the template Template:Wiki Loves Heritage Belgium in 2021 now adds Category:Images from Wiki Loves Heritage Belgium in 2021, however some images don't seem to show up in the category (like File:Beffroi de Tournai (DSC 0730).jpg) which is especially strange because these image pages do show Category:Images from Wiki Loves Heritage Belgium in 2021 on their own pages. It seems to affect older images. I wonder if it's worth filling a bug report or it's a cache issue that will refresh on its own. --Trougnouf (talk) 12:53, 21 October 2021 (UTC)
