Frank W. Micklethwaite and his three sons John, Frederick and Percy, collectively the F.W. Micklethwaite Studio, took thousands of images of Toronto, Muskoka and other parts of the Canadian province of Ontario in the interval from 1875 to about 1945. A limited number of these have survived and are available from a variety of sources.

Their (great) grandson William F. Micklethwaite is now in the process of trying to find, digitize and archive their work from all possible sources to make them more available to the public.
