It would be great to have a detailed account of this replica. I can't see an article on this on the web
Though it is presented on site as being a replica, its box sides makes the ship look extreemly unseaworthy for a wooden boat. The deck heights seem almost comically high and the gunports for the 4th upper deck tower above the waterline.
Seems there are no plans exist for the original vessel. It would be fascinating to know what is in approximately correct proportions. For instance the fighting platforms on the masts seem threateningly enormous and would make any nearby deck seem unsurvivable, but perhaps they are as equally out of proportion with reality as the glazed officers suites at the stern.
A photo of the steel cargo vessel it was made from would be fascinating. What was the name of the cargo vessel
