Actually, all is already explained here by much better sources then our little discussion. I am reverting this proposal per this.

As much as commons have it's own guidelines, different then en wikipedia, basic is the same. --WhiteWriter speaks 20:29, 23 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please restore the proposal. You can't just remove it because you don't like it. Docu  at 20:33, 23 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
BTW, please also restore the transcription of the sign on the municipal building. It's a direct quote.  Docu  at 20:35, 23 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
But i removed it because on en wiki was already agreed that page should not be used as official name. And if pro-kosovo government use albanian as offical name, per sources above, it doesnt mean that albanian name is in english common use. --WhiteWriter speaks 20:46, 23 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Also, there is important ARBMAC restrictions regarding kosovo related subjects. I will fix table citation. --WhiteWriter speaks 20:48, 23 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
This is not en wiki. We discuss things around here.
Besides, I don't understand how this has any relevance how you transcribe the text of a sign on a photo (here).  Docu  at 20:51, 23 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
This is not en wiki, sure but there also people discuss things. And sources are more reliable than any comments. And for that note, i will fix it, don't worry! :) :) --WhiteWriter speaks 14:41, 24 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Suva Reka is 4 years old and no longer valid I think. Unless there is a clearly dominant English name, on Commons we try to use the official language as issued by the state or the most spoken language in that area when the official language permits a choice. --Foroa (talk) 19:00, 25 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
