Why is this changed to Army of the United States? The official name is "United States Army." The term "Army of the United States" is the official term for the fully mobilized conscription army, last used in World War II. Was there any discussion about this at all, or did somebody just think this was a better category name? And what is the the rationale for changing it? While I'm at it, Category:Air force of the United States is silly. Maybe "Marine Corps of the United States" is next, or take it a step further to "Naval Academy of the United States," or "Department of Defense of the United States" --Nobunaga24 09:26, 7 February 2008 (UTC)

Cat name[edit]

The name of this organization is not "Air force of the United States", see AN thread here RlevseTalk 21:26, 8 September 2008 (UTC)
