Another person on the photo

According to Pavlo Hay-Nyzhnyk historian, the person on a photo with general Skoropadsky is not Volodymyr Sikevych, but Volodyslav Dashkevych-Horbatskiy. Hay-Nyzhnyk says at least two factors point to that:

1. Volodymyr Sikevych was not in Skoropadsky's circle, but Volodyslav Dashkevych-Horbatskiy had a position in Skoropadsky's General Staff
2. Volodymyr Sikevych was deployed on Eastern Ukrainian borders at the time the photo was taken
3. They aren't looking the same
