Hi User:Geagea, There is a problem with the name of this category, it is written with a letter that exists only in German the letter ß, which is not available on the keyboard of many editors. It is customary for the category name in Commons to be written in English. To upload photos from my mobile, I created a category in English called Category:White lake, Berlin. I think wee need to unite the categories for the English name, and make this category a reference to the English category. What do you think? Hanay (talk) 12:40, 25 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Not exactly. Commons policy talks about: "Latin-derived alphabet" (Latin-script alphabet). The articles name in en.wiki is Weißer See (Berlin), so the category name is correct. -- Geagea (talk) 12:47, 25 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Hanay. -- Geagea (talk) 12:48, 25 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I was surprised to find the name spelled that way in the English Wikipedia. Because that's not how they write in English, but the fact is that I couldn't reach the category through the mobile phone, and since I uploaded a lot of pictures of the lake from the mobile phone, I had to open a category with the person's name in English. Note that in some of the pictures the name of this lake is written in English letters. See File:Weisser See 01616.JPG. Hanay (talk) 12:59, 25 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
