Workshop at the Małopolska Institute of Culture

The Małopolska Institute of Culture (Polish: Małopolski Instytut Kultury) is a regional cultural institution engaged in promoting and supporting cultural activities in the Małopolska, or Lesser Poland, region. The Institute is located in Kraków; it was founded in 2002. The main focus of Małopolska Institute of Culture's activity is integrating diverse small regional cultural institutions - museums, archives or local cultural centres. The Institute organises events to promote the region and its culture both locally and abroad.

Partnership history

[edit]

Małopolska Institute of Culture signed a partnership agreement with Wikimedia Polska in December 2014. Some files from Małopolska Institute of Culture's collection have already been uploaded via Flickr to Wikimedia Commons, others will be uploaded over the first months of 2015.

[edit]

Files are uploaded under the CC-BY-SA 3.0 PL and CC BY-SA 2.0 licenses, using a photo template for photographic documentation.
The files require further categorisation and organisation into groups based on content and location.
