Yours is placed once. If you think your image is the best then you have to replace them. Otherwise give the label the one that is placed 78 times. I have replaced the image on English language Wikipedia as I normally do. In time, other editors update other-language Wikipedias. I have never done this myself and do not intend to start now. There is nothing in the VI rules that says we have to update every Wikipedia and, anyway, it would be unwise to do this until an image is voted VI. I am inclined to agree with Charles on this matter.
