Review (criteria)	It is indeed a recognized subspecies and not a form. In the category many images are false, the one that is presented too. My reference is Colin Smith, Illustrated Checklist of Nepal's Butterflies 2006 where he describes Papilio polytes romolus form romolus (and the two other forms) . The Wikispecies article doesn't seem to help. Has the taxononomy been changed? The Wikipedia article must be out of date too. But the real underlying problem is that many categories are incomprehensible because they are not classified. It is a real problem and some users upload too many almost-identical images. It takes me ages to go through them all. The photo you reference is a much nicer photo. I nominated mine with an in flight scope. But it's not a great shot!
