Reason Big "wow" for this one, exceptional IMO. High resolution, high value and quality. Restored by me, original version available as first upload. Far much better than other pictures we had of this famous "Préfet de la Seine", world known urbanist of the Paris under Napoleon III. Best in scope IMO.
