Reason	New character and new category in "Commons". Had an article without illustration, therefore alone in scope. Eugène Mouton was a magistrate (judge), known as writer under the pseudonym of "Mérinos" ("Mouton" = sheep, "Mérinos" = merino). He wrote novels of science fiction, and novels for children.
