Review (criteria)	Comment Otherwise seems good, but I would like some commentary on why File:ShohrehAghdashloo08TIFF_(cropped).jpg isn't more valuable? Personally, I like it more as a picture (and it's currently more used) but then again it is of lesser quality and ten years old while the proposed one is fairly recent.
