Reason	A similar photo was nominated back in 2008. It got closed as undecided because apparently the lighthouse wasn't significant to be worthy for VI. Now the lighthouse has articles in three Wikipedias, so I think the lighthouse is more valuable now. I think this one best represents the scope compared to the original, enwiki FP, and this recent nomination I made, because this photo focuses only on the lighthouse, and has no problem with white balance or chromatic aberration. -- pandakekok9
Review (criteria)	Best in Scope, and we have a broader view of what's useful now than they did then, although it's by custom and has never been officially changed.
