Wiki Loves Fashion 2022 in the Philippines photography contest aims to improve and increase the available media of fashion and clothing in the Philippines reflecting its modern and traditional clothing.

Philippine festivals are being held in the country year-round. They feature models and pageant contenders from all genders in their locally-designed dresses, suits, evening gowns and formal wears. In day-to-day life, Filipino women among other genders also express themselves thru their modest dressing.

Last year, the contest featured creative and exotic festival costumes. This year, however, the photography competition will focus more on modest fashion or modest dressing which means loose clothing, comfortable dressing and covering of the body according to person's own comfort. The subjects are not limited to models, pageant contenders and celebrities.

The contest supports and is part of the international campaign Wiki Loves Fashion, which aims to add, in as many language versions of the Wikimedia projects (Wikipedia, Commons, Wikidata, Wikiquote, Wikinews), content related to fashion (fashion industry, fashion designers and brands, haute couture & prêt-à-porter, clothing, accessories, models, unforgettable dresses, etc.). The campaign runs every year, usually at the end of September, covering Milan Fashion Week, Paris Fashion Week and events organized by the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
