Next time have the common courtesy of notifying the uploader of the image before deleting it. The image is over 117 years old of the Spanish-American War and it does not have any copyright issues since it was pre-1923, plus the authors of many these images images were unknown and after 117 years have long been buried. - You are wrong, for this image the copyright rules of Spain apply. In Spain copyright last 80 years after the death of the author. So unless we have evidence that the author would have died before 1937, we cannot keep it. Jcb (talk) 11:28, 7 May 2017 (UTC)
