Please remove and update page Camp Fire 2018

Please delete in favor of https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Air_quality_in_Bay_Area_during_Camp_Fire..png

The upload instructions had asked the copyright holder to include a link to the page using the image which then requires a page with the image. The copyright holder requested that I place that image in the page (I had requested the copyright holder transfer the copyright to Wikipedia. Confusion, right!).

The second PDF version was in response to a Wikipedia notice that the png file was poor quality.

Copyright is competited and I will update the page with the copyright version. I had thought that was an automatic process per instructions of image upload photos which states, "We kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we try our best to reply as quickly as possible. If your article or file has been deleted in the mean time, please don't worry. Any administrator can restore these later."
