I'm writing about the images nominated for deletion by Binksternet on Nov. 6th 2018. These are photographss I took and uploaded of sculptures by Beniamano Bufano. Concerning these images, Binksternet wrote:

"Unfortunately, public art in the US does not enjoy the freedom of panorama unless it dates from before January 1, 1922. A few of these sculptures are undated, but most were made in the late 1920s or afterward. Only one is verifiably older, the sculpture called "Peace", identified in this collection by the number 21. "Peace" was first exhibited in 1915. The composite image containing "Peace" also contains newer sculptures which are not allowed under US law. So all of the files must be deleted in their current form. After receiving this communication, I spoke with Bufano's son, Mr. J. Lewin, who is the heir to Bufano's copyrights. Mr. Lewin is pleased with the photographs and has allowed me to ask you what procedures he needs to follow in order to grant Wikipedia permission to publish them. I appreciate your help with this, and I look forward to your recommendations. - Peter Biella — Preceding unsigned comment added by Peter Biella (talk • contribs) 04:35, 8 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
