Request from the Ukrainian team[edit]

@Romaine and AnastasiaPetrova (WMUA): hi! I have a request from the Ukrainian team: we'd like to change the target link in the banner to this one: https://commons.wikimedia.org/?curid=105326171. We're having some technical issues with the site that are not quickly fixable, and we think leading people to Commons would be more convenient for potential participants. Could you please change it?
