Creator talk:John Singer Sargent

I don't understand the "work location" section. Is it supposed to be where the artist worked, or where his/her works can now be found? If it's the former, I don't think "the Netherlands" should be on the Sargent page, because he evidently only did a little bit of student work there, unless I'm mistaken. If just doing a little bit of work in a place makes it eligible for mention here, then Belgium should also be added.
