В клетки вводили вещество-индикатор ионов кальция Fluo 8, являющееся буфером для определяемого иона, под действием луча лазера конфокального лазерного сканирующего микроскопа происходит возбуждение и флуоресценция индикатора, главным образом изменяется интенсивность излучения. 20-ти кратное увеличение масляного объектива. Эксперимент выполнен с помощью конфокального микроскопа Leica SP5. English: Calcium imaging of the cell culture of the cortex (10 DIV).
