Русский: Река Аша: В северо-западной части Ашинского района. Аша – правый приток р. Сим, горная река, берущая начало с хребта Каратау в Ашинском государственном заказнике. От южной окраины пос. Первомайского до устья она течет по границе между Челябинской областью и Республикой Башкортостан, Ашинский район, Челябинская область Протяженность - 59 км. Почти на всём протяжении реки её русло тянется между гор, покрытых хвойными и лиственными лесами, и всего за несколько километров до устья выходит на открытую местность. В речной долине имеются многочисленные карстовые образования - пещеры и гроты, образовавшиеся в известняках, слагающих окрестные горы. Вода в А. чистая и холодная; дно каменистое. В реке водятся различные виды рыб - налим, хариус, пескарь и др. По А. и её притокам с кон. 19 в. до 1959 г. осуществлялся молевой сплав леса.Название реки имеет тюркское происхождение. По одной из версий происходит от слова аш - "переливать", "переходить" (через горы). В 1987 А. была объявлена памятником природы.
