Русский: Рядом с нами существует удивительный мир, попасть в который можно, заглянув в окуляр микроскопа. Как много ученых-путешественников и просто любознательных рейнджеров уже полюбили пространство микромира. Благодаря их трудолюбию созданы подробнейшие путеводители с картами тканевых дорог и изображениями клеточных арт-объектов. Микромир живой биологический ткани – это непрерывно меняющееся реальность, в которой есть место волшебству и фантазии природы. Законы жизни управляют микромиром. Давайте рассмотрим образец ткани растения Áloë véra, а для эксперимента используем инвертированный флуоресцентный микроскоп. Мы просто разрежем стебель растения в продольном направлении и сразу положим его на предметный столик. Свет собственной люминесценции, как солнце в пространстве микромира, подсветило нам спиралеобразную дорогу, по которой вода, минеральные и органические вещества движутся к клеточным структурам. Эта дорога – спираль жизни и она становится длиннее со временем, а стенки более толстыми. Для любознательных прокомментируем, что диаметр колец спирали около 15 мкм, расстояние между витками – в среднем около 24 мкм, а диаметр сосуда витка - 1.8 мкм. Для сравнения диаметр соседнего кольчатого сосуда равен 22 мкм, а расстояние между кольцами - 7.5 мкм. The microcosm of living biological tissue is a continuously changing reality in which there is a place for magic and fantasy of nature. The laws of life govern by microcosm. Let's take a sample of Áloë véra plant tissue, and for the experiment we use an inverted fluorescent microscope. We simply cut the stem of plant in the longitudinal direction and immediately put it on a sample table. The light of its own luminescence, like the sun in a space of microcosm, has illuminated a spiral-shaped road through which water, mineral and organic substances move to cellular structures. This road is a spiral of life and it becomes longer with time, and the walls are thicker. For the curious, let us comment that a diameter of the spiral rings is about 15 micrometers, the distance between turns is on average 24 μm, and the diameter of the spiral vessel is about 1.8 μm. For comparison, the diameter neighboring ring vessel is equal to 22 μm and a distance between rings is 7,5 μm.
