فارسی: حسن تفتیان (زادهٔ ۱۴ اردیبهشت ۱۳۷۲ در تربت حیدریه) دوندهٔ دوهای سرعت ایرانی است.
او رکورددار دو ۱۰۰ متر ایران با زمان ۱۰٫۰۴ ثانیه در ۲۴ ژوئیهٔ سال ۲۰۱۶ (۴ تیر ۱۳۹۵) در سی و چهارمین دورهٔ رقابت‌های دوومیدانی World Challenge اسپانیا در شهر مادرید است. پیشتر نیز رکورد ملی این ماده با زمان ۱۰٫۱۰ ثانیه در اختیار خود او بود. پیش از حسن تفتیان، رکورد دار ۱۰۰ متر ایران رضا قاسمی، با زمان ۱۰٫۱۴ ثانیه (در مسابقات دوومیدانی جام کازانف قزاقستان) بود. رکورد تفتیان در دو ۲۰۰ متر ۲۰٫۷۲ ثانیه (سال ۲۰۱۵، تهران) است. او همچنین در مسابقات دو ۱۰۰ متر، پانزدهمین دورهٔ مسابقات دوومیدانی قهرمانی جهان، توانست برای اولین بار در تاریخ ایران، به مرحلهٔ نیمه‌نهایی این رشته راه پیدا کند. حسن تفتیان در مسابقات دایموند لیگ پاریس و در رقابت‌های حاشیه‌ای ماده ۱۰۰ متر با ثبت زمان ۱۰:۰۳ ثانیه ضمن کسب عنوان برتری، سهمیه حضور در بازی‌های المپیک ۲۰۲۰ توکیو را کسب کرد.English: Hassan Taftian is an Iranian sprinter. He represented his country at two outdoor and one indoor World Championships.
Taftian won the gold medal in 100 metres at the 2012 Asian Junior Athletics Championships in Colombo, Sri Lanka. On 8 July 2017 Taftian became the first Iranian to ever win the gold medal in 100 metres in an Asian Athletics Championships after finishing with a time of 10.25 seconds at the 2017 Asian Athletics Championships in Bhubaneswar, India.
