Deutsch: Statue eines Māori-Chiefs in der ursprünglichen Kleidung. Gesehen in Waihi, eine Stadt mit etwa 5.000 Einwohner in der Region Waikato (Nordinsel von Neuseeland). Der Namens des Ortes „Waihi“ bedeutet in der Sprache der Māori „hervorströmendes Wasser“ und darauf bezieht sich die Skulptur.
English: Statue of a Māori chief in the original clothing. Seen in Waihi, a town of about 5,000 people in the Waikato region (North Island of New Zealand). The name of the place "Waihi" means "flowing water" in the Māori language and this is what the sculpture refers to.
