Title |
03/520 Denarius of Mark Anthony, legionary coinage, obverse |
||
Description |
English: A silver Roman Republican denarius of Mark Anthony (Legionary coinage), 32-31 BC. Mint travelling with Mark Antony. The condition of this example is exceptionally good. Although these coins often circulated into the third century AD (and their condition reflects this), this coin seems to have seen little circulation, possibly indicating a pre-conquest deposition date. |
