Description
English: United States Naval Observatory physicist Dr. Steve Peil, leads Schriever's new Rubidium Fountain Clock to the master clock vault here. In order to minimize damage to the equipment the clock was floated, much like a hovercraft, across a series of mats until it reached its final destination.
