CHESAPEAKE, Va. – Joel Scussel, Norfolk District project manager, talks to Lt. Gen. Thomas P. Bostick, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers commanding general, about a valve replacement project occurring at the Great Bridge Lock here June 17, 2015. The locks date back to the 1930s and the district is utilizing the expertise of the Pittsburg District to help replace the nearly 70-year-old broken valve.
