This postcard has a unique number 15163 and is available in a higher resolution at the publisher. This images was uploaded in a cooperation project between Wikipedians and the publisher.


Auffälligkeiten
Verglichen mit File:18136-Wittenberg-1914-Elbe mit Schleppzug und Brücke-Brück & Sohn Kunstverlag.jpg und der Aussage in de:Elbebrücke Wittenberg (Straße), dass 1907 die hölzernen Überbauten im Vorlandbereich durch eiserne Vollwandträger ersetzt wurden, könnte die Aufnahme bereits vor 1907 datieren (unabhängig davon, wann die Postkarte ausgegeben wurde). Zudem sind für den Oberbau auf der stromaufwärtigen Bahnbrücke im Hintergrund noch keine parallelgurtigen, eisernen Fachwerkträger zu sehen, die laut de:Elbebrücke Wittenberg (Eisenbahn) bereits 1906 im Vorlandbereich montiert wurden und auf der Postkarte von 1914 deutlich im rechten Bildbereich zu sehen sind; diese müssten durch die gewählte Perspektive von der Straßenbrücke komplett verdeckt sein, falls diese Aufnahme tatsächlich nach 1906/1907 datiert.
