Description
English: RODMAN, Panama (Jun. 23, 2016) - Cmdr. Orlando Bowman, commanding officer aboard Harper's Ferry dock landing assault ship USS Oak Hill (LSD 51), left, speaks with John D. Feeley, U.S. ambassador to Panama, on the ship's quarterdeck regarding an upcoming reception that will be hosted by the ship commemorating the recent expansion of the Panama Canal. During the reception, the ship is hosting local officials and diplomats from the United States and trade partners. Oak Hill is deployed to the U.S. 4th Fleet area of responsibility.
