Description
English: The third New London station, built in 1864 by the Shore Line Railway and the New London Northern, is the large building at center in this 1876 view of the Parade. The Thames River, in service from 1871 to 1877, is coming into port below the station. The drawing of the station is not quite correct; the real building had at least 5 columns of windows.
