Next step up from the Austin 7 was the larger Austin 10, it was built from 1932-47. It was originally available in Basic or Deluxe 4 door Saloon, the Deluxe got an opening roof and leather, Engine; 1124cc side valve 4 cyl. In 1933, a Tourer, Cabriolet and Van were available. 1934, Chrome radiator surround, now painted with a slight slope and a protruding boot. 1936, a new body now a 6 light window car. 1939 a new body again , more rounded nose with horizontal bars and bonnet hinged at rear, in 1947, it was replaced by the A40 |
