| Description |
English: The Soldier's and Sailor's monument in Center Square during the Christmas season, December 1964. This shows the replacement statue on top of the monument that was placed there during the previous summer. For the previous six years, the original statue was not there while it was being refurbished, but it was replaced with a new one as the original was determined not to be restorable. The replacement statue now has been in place for over 50 years. |
