Description

Sublime. Dodge offered four different wheelbases in 1970. The full size C body Dodge was the Polara, Polara 500, upmarket Monaco and Monaco 500 2 door Hardtop . The Dodge Challenger E body pony car was introduced in 1970, in base R/T and T/A. The Dart was the A body compact, available in base, Custom and Swinger. Coronets were made from 1949-76. The mid size B body was the Coronet and the Charger. The Coronet was given a different front end look in 1970 that consisted of a dual ovaled grill that was referred to as 'bumble bee wings'. It was available in; The base model (2 door Coupe, 4 door Sedan and Wagon) The Coronet 440 (2 door Hardtop, 4 door Sedan and Wagon) The Coronet 500 (Convertible, 2 door Hardtop, 4 door Sedan and Wagon) The Coronet R/T (Convertible and 2 door Hardtop) The Coronet Super Bee (2 door Hardtop and 2 door Coupe)

Engines; 145hp 225 six cyl, 230hp 318, 335hp 383 V8s The 390hp 440 Magnum and 425hp 426 Hemi were available on the R/T and the Super Bee.
